The Employment Equity Forum was incorporated in 1990, some 10 years before the Employment Equity Act which prohibits unfair discrimination in employment practice was enacted. We have received telephone calls for us to cede the name in recent times, but no offer of cash. The Forum is being revived with a partnership complement of 4 and some exciting plans are afoot.
